Nano calcium carbonate (for sealant)

NPCC-EZS01:It is large cube shape, average particle size 100-150 nanometers,the feathers are regular crystal, uniform particle size distribution, good dispersion, low oil absorption value.  It is different from the conventional common nano calcium carbonate products, it can be dispersed in the adhesive system to the maximum extent in a single particle size, so as a reinforcing agent and thixotropic agent, it can significantly improve the thixotropy, elongation of adhesive products, can greatly improve its tensile strength, showing good mechanical properties.  Through the application of different surface treatment formula and process, the nano calcium carbonate is used in silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant (PU), MS sealant, epoxy sealant and other different types of sealant system widely.

NPCC-EZS02：It is cubic shape, average particle size 60-100 nanometers.The feathers are regular crystal, uniform particle size distribution, good dispersion, low oil absorption value.  Therefore, as a reinforcing agent and thixotropic agent, it can significantly improve the thixotropy and extrusion rate of adhesive products, and also it can greatly improve its tensile strength, showing good mechanical properties and weather resistance.  Through the application of different surface treatment formula and technology, the nano calcium carbonate is used in photovoltaic sealant, electronic potting sealant and other different types of sealant system  widely.
